What kind of nanny fits your need?
Before you start interviewing, it would save everyone’s time if you know what kind of person you are looking for. Write a list of qualities that you want from your child’s care giver. Write another list of duties you expect to be rendered by the caregiver. It’s good to prioritize the list. However, most of the time, what you’ve written down as you go is the priority in your mind. After these exercises, you will have a much better idea of who you are looking for, what’s important to you and where you should start looking.
